We follow one consistent and flexible approach in three connected stages. They can run as a whole or on their own, depending on what your organization needs:

• Build: we turn designs and plans into working solutions through development, integration, testing and deployment in your environment.
• Manage: we take on operation, monitoring and continuous improvement, so performance holds and the solutions grow with the business.

A dedicated engagement lead stays with you throughout, keeping communication continuous, efforts aligned and responsibilities clear from the first assessment to live operation.

We begin by understanding your organization's goals, challenges and priorities, through working sessions with the people involved and a review of the relevant systems, documents and information.

On your side: an executive sponsor, a business owner responsible for the target outcomes, representatives of the technical, systems and data teams, and a cybersecurity representative where needed, together with the right access to the information and systems in scope.

On our side: a dedicated engagement lead who coordinates and follows through across every stage, supported by specialists in Data, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity according to the nature and requirements of the work.

Before delivery starts, we agree with you on the objectives, the scope of work and the expected outputs, define roles, responsibilities and ways of working, and record the agreement in writing so expectations are clear and delivery is effective.

We help your organization form a clear view of where it stands, identify the opportunities that matter most, and choose the right path to its goals.

We start by assessing the capabilities, systems and processes you have today and analyzing the challenges and gaps. We then set out the target state: the proposed solutions, the technical architecture, the governance requirements and the steps to get there.

What you receive

• A documented assessment of the current state, covering the main challenges, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• A practical roadmap, ordered by priority, expected value and delivery requirements.
• An initial design of the recommended solution, including the proposed architecture and delivery phases.

These outputs give you a clear basis for decisions, with the flexibility to deliver the roadmap with us or through your own teams.

We turn the agreed vision and designs into technical capabilities ready for real use: engineering, developing, integrating, testing and deploying the solutions within your organization's environment.

We work in coordination with your teams throughout delivery, and we build cybersecurity, governance and quality requirements in from the design stage, not after development is complete.

We rely on your existing systems and platforms where they fit, or help you select and implement new platforms where the requirements call for it, following the assessment and the approved design.

We help you keep your solutions running and effective after launch, through operation, monitoring, governance and continuous improvement.

This stage covers performance and quality tracking, resolution of operational issues, application of governance controls, and identification of improvements as business needs change.

We plan for sustainable operation and knowledge transfer from the Build stage, through documentation, training and a clearly defined operating model and responsibilities.

Choose the management model that fits your organization:

• In-house management: your teams operate and manage the solution once knowledge transfer and enablement are complete.
• Shared or managed operation: we operate and manage the solution in coordination with your teams, according to agreed responsibilities and service levels.
• Transitional management: we manage the solution for a defined period and hand responsibilities over to your internal teams step by step.

Management services can be ongoing or for a fixed term, depending on your organization's needs and the scope of the agreement.

Organizations differ in technical maturity, priorities and internal capabilities, so we do not impose a single path or require you to begin at the first stage.

You can start with an advisory engagement to assess your position and set direction, move directly to building a specific capability when your requirements are clear, or engage us to manage and improve solutions you already run.
